Each day you’ll also be presented with additional ways to earn extra SWC by participating in their daily bonuses.

My Results With This App Within The First Hour

After reading several reviews about this app on the Google Play marketplace I decided to test it out and give it a spin to see what all this app had to offer me.

Because this app uses a GPS signal to track your movements, you’ll only get paid for the steps you walk outside.

I knew that I needed to take this app for a test drive before writing this review up so that I could provide you guys with the facts you need to know before you download the app & try it for yourself.

My conversion rate was quite high as I was able to get $1.90 in sweatcoins out of every 2,000 steps.

I was also able to rack up nearly $15 in sweatcoins within my first hour which isn’t bad at all if you ask me.

What do you guys, think?

Sweatcoin earnings

I went for my usual walk this morning and was able to walk 6 miles in an hour and 37 minutes.

This, of course, is a record time for me as it usually takes me an hour and 45 minutes to walk my usual route.

I think this is due to how excited I was to check out this new app.

LOL!!

By the end of the day, I earned 25 SWC after only having this app for a little over 24 hours.

Not too bad if you ask me, wouldn’t you guys agree?

3) Stepbet- Best Apps That Pay You To Walk

Are you confident enough in yourself to place a bet of $40?

Before you answer that, keep in mind that you’ll be competing with athletes, walkers, and exercise buffs from all across the globe and putting your money where your mouth is.

If you answered NO to the question above, then you’ll want to skip over this one as it’s all about betting, crushing your goals, and taking your workouts to the next level.

This app is all about setting goals & crushing them.

You’ll be betting on yourself and entering into a 6-week challenge where everyone who accepts this challenge will be betting $40 each.

At the current time of writing this post, 532 people have accepted this challenge & paid $40 to compete with other people virtually across the world.

As you can see in the screenshot below, the pot has grown quite substantially to over $21,000.

Whoever meets their list of goals and crushed them for the next 5 weeks will be the winner and the pot will be split with everyone who comes out on top.

Your first week is a freebie but after this, you’ll need to meet and crush the goal you’re given for the next 5 weeks

Step Bet Goals

If you’re the betting type of person who is athletically challenged and is confident enough to put your money where your mouth is then I would highly recommend that you download this app.

The fact that you could lose money here if you fail to meet your daily goals should be enough to motivate you in itself.

However, if you still need some motivation or just a swift kick in the ass to get you moving, then just remember there is $21,000 at stake here.

If you want to have a chance of getting your share of this jackpot then you better get your ass moving!!

Seriously!!

LOL!!

How It Works

Once you have downloaded the app you’ll be prompted to join a game that is more of a challenge.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be joining an elite group of walkers, runners, & athletes from across the globe and competing with them for a pot of cash that you’ll be splitting with other members.

Like I said earlier, you’ll need to place a bet of $40 using real money to keep you accountable as there is a chance that you could either win or lose money with this challenge.

Before you join and throw your $40 into the pot you’ll need to select your source of steps so that this app can pull this data and calculate your goals.

You’ll then need to simply place your bet and join the game.

You’ll be given a list of goals similar to the ones you see listed below and if you fail to meet these you’ll be disqualified & out of the running to win.

You’ll be given a warm-up week to get ready so your first week doesn’t count.

After that, you’ll need to meet these goals if you want to qualify to have this 21,000 pot split right down the middle with you.

You’ll have 2 goals you’ll need to reach each week and they are as follows

  • Active Goals
  • Power Goals

You’ll need to reach your active goals 4 times a week and your power goals at least 2 times a week as well.

If you can hit the numbers as you saw in the screenshot earlier then you’ll be in the running to win and have the pot split with you & many other athletes.

Premium Membership

For those of you that are super competitive and looking for custom games (challenges) that are tailored to fit your needs then you may want to check into their paid membership.

What all comes included with your membership?

Take a look at the screenshot I’ve captured for you guys to give you a better idea of how much this will cost you & what you’ll gain access to as a paid member below.

Stepbet membership

Step bet usually takes a 15% cut off the top of your winnings when the pot is split up among other players.

However, with their premium membership, you’ll avoid this and be able to split 100% of the pot without them having their hands in your winnings.

As you can also see in the screenshot above, you’ll be able to play up to 3 games at once and have exclusive access to games with unique challenges and exciting prizes to pick from.

This comes out to $50 for the year!!

Depending on how motivated you are will determine if you would benefit from the premium membership & make your investment back while pocketing some extra cash for yourself.

Other Ways To Earn Money From Walking

If you don’t currently have an up-to-date smartphone that can run several apps at the same time and still function as a phone should, then here are a few alternatives for you to consider.

Dogsitting

Did you know that people hire people specifically to walk their dog and keep it company while they’re away?

I know it may sound crazy but these types of jobs do exist and people are making decent money as a dog sitter which involves quite a bit of walking as you can probably imagine.

With services out there like Rover, you can get paid pretty well for walking dogs and doing various other activities with them.

DoorDash

With these types of delivery services on the rise, there is a great deal of money to be made with them.

This especially holds for those of you who are looking to stay in shape and are motivated to exercise and earn money while doing so.

One of the things that I particularly love about this is the fact that you can deliver with DoorDash with a bike, car, or even walking (depending on the area) and earn some pretty good money doing so as well.

You will need to have a smartphone to download their app but any smartphone will do.

You don’t need to have any fancy updated phone to do so either.

Something to consider when searching for ways to make money walking, riding your bike, or doing any other outdoor-related activity.

My Final Thoughts

As you can see there are a variety of different apps that pay you to walk and I have barely scratched the surface of this massive opportunity.

You definitely won’t get rich from this and I wouldn’t advise you to go quit your day job.

There are probably a gazillion other apps that pay you to walk.

This includes things like

  • Getting and staying in shape
  • , Exercise, and get fit
  • Take a walk every chance you get

This is only a small handful of the opportunities that exist.

There are also a plethora of benefits that go beyond getting paid that you’ll gain access to as well as your coach that will keep you accountable and motivated.

What more could you ask for?

As you can see from my results after my first 24 hours, I had earned a good amount and was super motivated to work towards reaching my goal.

If you’re the betting type and in decent athletic shape then you might want to try your hand at StepBet and see if you got what it takes to become a winner and come out on top.

At the end of the day, this decision is totally up to you!!

Anyway, I hope this detailed post has given you guys some insight into how much money you can make by simply walking, riding your bike, or going to the gym utilizing the apps above.

Do you have any of these apps on your phone right now?

If so, what has your experience been with them thus far?

How much if any, have you earned so far with these apps, and what were your results like using them?

I would love to hear all about your experience as well as any apps that didn’t make this list, but you feel should be on here by leaving them for me in the comments below.

I’ll be getting back to you with a detailed reply.

Cheers

Until Next Time
